This little memory also inspired me when I wrote my first picture book. 

The memory is about one of  those moments when my daughter was a little girl.

The image originally is a colorful image... as you can see on the thumbnail. For the posting I wanted to give my image that old story book look and worked on the image till I got that look. I hope you'll enjoy!

I used to tell her about my daily problems with very simple words. I always wondered how much I should tell her. From one hand I wanted to tell her a little bit about my daily problems, but on the other hand I wanted her also to enjoy her childhood. Anyway, because she always had that great humor, most of the time after I finished telling her what I wanted to tell her, she would smile at me and she would say: Ok, now lets go to play... And we went to play.
