This little memory also inspired me when I wrote my first picture book. 

The memory is about one of  those moments when my daughter was a little girl.

The image originally is a colorful image... as you can see on the thumbnail. For the posting I wanted to give my image that old story book look and worked on the image till I got that look. I hope you'll enjoy!

I used to teach her every kind of thing, that a little lady needs to lead her daily life. For example: we made a scrambled egg dish in the kitchen :)... I used to ask her to take out an egg from the fridgider, than I let her play a little with the egg, and after that tell me all kind of things that she thought it worthwhile to tell about a special egg that she was holding in her hand. After playing with the egg, we made that scrambled egg dish... Sure, it took a lot of time till we finished that dish, but the time we spent together was pure joy.
