On her way

Inanna continued on her way and she arrived to the next stair. And once again, at the
top of the stair there was another guard who demanded Inanna to hand over one of her garments, exactly as the other guards did before him.

This time Inanna didn't get angry. She got really embarrassed... the guards whom she met previously didn't leave too much dress on her... and that fact made her very uncomfortable.

Her embarrassment doesn't melt the guard's heart. He was adamant to take off one of Inanna's underwear's. After handing over her garment, Inanna was thinking about going back... and never visit again Ereshkigal... but she really wanted to see her very much.

Meantime, one of Ereshkigal advisers tried to calm her down and explain her that there could be another possibility for Inanna's visit... there could be a possibility that Inanna wants to visit her because she wants to spend with her some pleasant time. Ereshkigal didn't want to hear that explanation... she believed more to those advisers of her who told her that Inanna comes in order to take over her kingdom...

Another adviser told her that she would better hear from Inanna herself what it is her plan about... but Ereshkigal didn't want to give a chance to Inanna explain herself....
